This hypnotherapy focuses more to help the individual to find a solution to their problem and not to move backward and find the cause of the problem, but to move forward and try and find a solution to their problem. This therapy is client-oriented where the therapists sit with their clients and try to find a way to help them to move out of their problems and achieve the goals that they have set in life.
  • Neuro-Linguistic Programming: There is a lot of disagreement among psychiatrists whether neuro-linguistic programming could be categorized as a form of psychotherapy although this form of programming and hypnotherapy share many similarities. Therefore, many psychiatrists use this programming in counseling sessions to induce positive and desired change in the mindset of a person. NLP examines the relationship that an individual has with their senses. It also examines how an individual processes the use of language to induce positive changes in their lives.
